All that over a ten dollar parking ticket. Guy needs to learn how to choose his battles. Pay the ten bucks and move on.

Well, yes and no. He went in to pay with a credit card but refused when he learned there would be a surcharge. He then left and came back later with pennies. I am not saying he was treated fairly but he may have spent more than 10 dollars in gas trying to......well, whatever he was trying to do.
