Texas gun control advocate murders three children and herself using a gun. She apparently has multiple physical and mental issues and decided to take it out on the kids as well as herself.

She could have left the kids with relatives but apparently decided she would prefer them dead as well. I feel sorry for them, but she has earned her place in hell.

They'll probably call her a martyr.

I heard someone on a flight out west commenting about all the giant "crop circles" down below. I didn't have the heart to her those circles weren't caused by aliens but by center pivot irrigation systems.

One thing that is different, and that most people probably don't notice, is that now the lines in the tilled fields are so much more consistently oriented with farmers using gps. Back in the day, they just did it by eye and the fields lined up with the fence rows, and if the fence row was off a little, then the tilling lines were off to match but just in that field. Now the lines match up field to field to field regardless of shape.

I have a cousin that tells how the first time he plowed a field he picked what he thought was a tree at the other end of the field to aim for, only to discover later that it was a cow. He looked back to see lines that wandered all over the place.
