Yeah. That’s a bit much. They’d have only shot a white guy dead 5 or 6 times, under those exact conditions.

So now there is a "community center" in Ohio that is having birthday parties for kids with a "shoot the president" theme. Gee, I wonder if this would have been ok with the last president?

Phrasing is the issue here. "Protect the President" is a pretty standard paintball/airsoft/nerf/whatever game. One team has the "president" who is unarmed typically, and sometimes has double health. They have to escort this player to a designated area within the allotted game time in order to win, or survive until time runs out. Obviously, the other team's entire goal is to eliminate the "president". This game dates well before #'s 44 and 45 took the oath of office.

I finally have a reason to go visit Denver.
I can poop on the sidewalk, and it's not a crime...

    S**t on Denver!

    https://joeforamerica.com/2017/12/n...ZBdRqJWPMynD9y75s3HBeaXHqgdODXtm1Vrc2ehoamyDo

From the article: "Denver is considering declaring itself a sanctuary city in defiance of President Trump’s policies on illegal immigrants. But by redefining lawbreaking and its possible penalties, these new Denver laws accomplish much of the same without risking loss of federal funds."

This got me to thinking... While I don't think marijuana should be illegal, it still is under federal law even though they've pretty much taken a hands off approach to states legalizing it. What's to stop Trump from sending the DEA into Denver (or other sanctuary cities where pot is legal) and busting all the pot shops? You want to ignore federal immigration law? Ignore this *****es! I don't like government overreach, but when you start allowing people to pee and poop on your sidewalks because you don't want to inconvenience the "immigrants" and homeless, it seems like someone needs a knot yanked in their tail.

Absolutely nothing and he's pretty much told them those things are coming if they don't stop playing games with him. He just pulled $2 billion of funding for California's ridiculous high speed rail between corn field and desert. Their idiot governor is PO'd and is calling it political retribution. Yes, yes it is. Tough luck.

So, the only thing stopping him is his courage to actually do it. From what I've seen so far, that's probably enough.

Add County Line and Emerson Kroger to the list of places that are full of ****. Saying "it's the law" that they have to scan your ID for age restricted items.

You can always give them your Utah carry permit to really screw with them. Its .gov issued ID, so it qualifies, and it doesnt have a barcode. LOL

    What?!

It's not even the law that they look at the ID! Perhaps it's my very thin hair and propensity to wear tweed and bowties, but I rarely get carded at Meijer or liquor stores.

Don't know about y'all, but although we Ahians can elect to have our licenses not display our SS#, that is still encoded on the strip. Next time we get secure ID, which is chip based with no strip so should obviate this particular concern
