The line that used to be #2, "in or on property being used..." was the roaming school zone.

Now....to fix this little problem next time.

Unless someone took a screenshot, we'll have to wait for that to be posted. The video of the session should be available tomorrow or the day after at the latest.

IIRC, the 10 votes against 229 in the Senate were all Dems, except Wyss. I know I saw Rogers, Skinner, Lanane, Breaux, Broden, Wyss, Stoops, Randolph, and Tallian. Not sure about the other one.

IIRC, they tried to get it reduced to a misdemeanor recently but failed. We need to get the other two line items stricken as well...that would make the mad moms' heads explode.

After reading the bill, it looks to me like LTCH holders now are exempt from the section that prohibits possession on school buses and school property? That's a bonus for us, isn't it?
