Just wondering...how much ammo should one bring? I'm just curious as to what people are planning on bringing, to sort of give me an idea.
I mean I figure a box of each caliber is enough, right?:dunno:

    (oops, forgot the purple)

    Im planning on bringing:

22lr- a 500rd Winchester bulk pack. Then buy some gemtech subsonic from SSNFA

    9mm- 300rds and some subsonic

45ACP- 300 rounds of American Eagle 230gr. FMJ.
(maybe a little more cause hopefully
21st Century Firearms will be bringing one of their Kriss USA Vector SBR's :):)

    7.62x39- 300rds

    5.56/.223- between 300-500rds.

    12g slugs- couple boxs

money to buy some ammo for the PKM.

Some is extra so ill have to bring it home but it wont hurt to have it just incase.

I've had a few people send me offers to split a can of the surplus .308. I've already got half a can shared with another shooter, so if anyone wants some, post up here and maybe a couple of guys can hook up on a half and half deal. The price gets cheaper with three cans (900 rounds) so if enough guys can get together, you all can samve some money, like a little group buy!

    Malaysian .308 (7.62x51) 147grn FMJ 300rd can

I ordered a can last Monday night and had it on the front porch Wednesday afternoon. It's good looking stuff and I fired ten rounds of it yesterday and it worked fine.

Just a point of clarification needed: Is 115gr 9mm prohibited or just not recommended? I have a stash of 115gr that I would like to dip in to for the machine guns which would free up some money for other calibers. I understand the use of subsonic rounds for the suppressed weapons.

At a previous NFA day, Rototalker's HK MP5 ran flawlessly with 115gr.

I cannot remember if there was a 9mm upper on a registered auto "M16" lower or not.

Regardless, the only 9mm I brought was 115 gr. It ran flawlessly on the few 9mm MGs that were there...save for louder than the 147gr stuff that VUPDblue spotted me.

Oh... and comment not related: I've got a special shirt all picked out for NFA Alumni Day this year.

If I could only find a western belt / holster for my revolver...

This is really a question for Applied Ballistics.

Copes has Pakistani .308 in 250 round belts for $90.

Can we shoot this in your 1919? If so I plan to buy a belt.

    thanks,
