It will not be provided. The only thing that ammo will be provided for is the PKM and that's because it has to be belted beforehand.

If the weather looks like there is even a remote chance of rain, bring the awning since we'll do this rain or shine, the more the merrier. Don't worry about the gun maintenance though it was mighty thoughtful of ya to offer!

I am reallly stoked that I won a place at this event, but I'm really bummed that there will not be a Thompson there. I just wanted to go all Sgt Saunders on something.

I will be bringing a few hundred .45 rounds just in case.

I presume that some "old" SA battle packs of 7.62NATO will be OK as opposed to .308Win? A friend also has some "PK .308" ... I don't know what PK is, though. Pakistani?

Just wondering...how much ammo should one bring? I'm just curious as to what people are planning on bringing, to sort of give me an idea.
I mean I figure a box of each caliber is enough, right?

Bring as much as you would like to shoot. If you get the chance to burn it all, great. If not, you can always take it home or sell it to a fellow INGOer if it's a caliber you don't have a gun for.

Realistically, a couple hundred rounds per caliber should get you by.
