I can bring a camcorder. Either one of the big Pro models from work (if my boss is in a good mood) or my little Canon ZR-850, so we can get some footage for You tube.

IF I stay on the same schedule and we are able to do it the 13th, then I will be making the trip down as well as the g/f. As far as rain I have an EZup that I can bring. It wouldn't be a bad idea even if it don't rain to give us some shelter from the sun as well.

That would be awesome, Greg. Any idea on the dimensions of the EZup?

I don't have it right in front of me but I BELIEVE it is 10'x10' I also have both sides that make it a screen house as well as three solid sides to block wind/rain.

Is EC a cold range? Do I need to bring a range bag or can I just show up with a filled holster and a couple of boxes of fun?

Any thing special I could bring? I have a steel tube pic-a-nic table and a 10x20 canopy I could bring if needed
