My first 1911 was my Springfield A1 in .45 that I purchased brand new three years ago. when the time came for a new pistol purchase I found my American made GI in 9mm.

Finally got around to taking some pics, though they are some rough one's with my cell camera. Springfield 1911 Loaded, black on stainless, trijicon night sights, hogue wrap around grips. Have only been able to get this out to the range once since I've owned it, so far I LOVE THIS GUN. Accurate beyond my expectations. This is my first 1911 (actually, before this one, I'd only shot two others), my brothers Colt and a friends Taurus. I must say that I like mine more than both of those two.
