I like lolo jones tweet she had that this "lady" who testified should be called

    Medea goes to court.

As far as the threats of "killing crackers"

Hey that attempt in Florida and many states would result in a whole lot less votes for the liberal in 2016. I know I would not let someone kill me. I would be ready to provide a "southern welcome not soon forgotten" when people come to my house trying to harm me or my wife.

    Day 5 has begun:

Zimmerman Trial | Live video | Prosecution Witnesses

First witness is a security/camera system IT guy

Edit: Well that was damn pointless... next witness coming in, John Good. He used to live in the neighborhood of the event.

Edit 2: This is it, this is the damning witness I think... Talking about the ground-and-pound that TM dealt to Z.

I just heard the 911 call for the first time... oh my god.

As an attorney how do you think this case will go?

    No clue.

My hope is that it will be directed out.

This fact pattern has every criminal defense attorney lips their lips. Big, slow targets on cross, a very high burden, state witnesses that are less than optimal, and the cops, the flippin' cops, are on your guy's side and physical evidence that your guy was attacked, oh, if only, it is like one of those Depression Era cartoons where the characters are dreaming of food but here I dream of the State's case to rip into.

I have nothing to base this one other than the past history. I think he will get convicted out of fear for riots. And then there will be riots anyway. Or he will be let go. His life is ruined, and he gets killed sometime in the near future. And there are riots anyway.
