    Interesting. I wonder what the officers will have to say that the prosecution apparently wants to prevent from coming out. Hopefully the gag order is lifted.

    Just a guess, but they'll probably testify that they didn't believe, based on their professional opinions, that there was sufficient evidence to arrest, and possibly that, in their opinions, the evidence they DID have did not in any way discount a claim of self-defense.

    But we'll see.

    @all I know I can change the # of post per page. What I asked is what is the current status of this case. Is it in trial yet? Does anyone have an update to that. If it is a post what is the post #?

    Sorry for the confusion. My response was to NYFelon, who by posting the page length of the thread implied that this thread is ridiculously long. Since I have my posts per page maxed out, saying how many pages it is means different things to different people. Except that his post still says how ridiculously long this thread is. I'm just proud to add yet another absolutely meaningless post to it. Now I have to go to my UserCP to unsubscribe.
