I missed previous article. I only put this because people said he was smoking on the way to the store or back home...which cant be proven....

The article was what brought up the initial debate. If it is correct and unmetabolized THC only stays in the system 4 hours, then it is pretty certain Martin was smoking that day..

Do you have a link to that original article? In theory both views can be correct. Unmetabolized THC can be stored in fat, which unless your a marathon runner, you won't be burining of in <4 hours. However, THC will obviously be unmetabolized as a person in actively ingesting. I would like to see if the levels present in Travon are consistent with active use or fat storage.

Pretty much what the previous disputed article said..

It said that Martin had unmetabolized THC in his system, which indicates recent use.

Who is disputing that he recently smoked? I only take dispute the claim that he was smoking on the way to the store. For a group that is so hellbent on the facts, there are many things stated as fact that are purely conjecture.

The problem with this, is that the legality of the substance is not aggravating factor. Alcohol is legal, as are properly prescribed drugs. However, if you you are proven to be intoxicated while driving, your goose is cooked. There no such thing as Operating While Intoxicated on an Illegal Substance.

    Er...not exactly.

    IC 9-30-5
Chapter 5. Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated
    IC 9-30-5-1
    Class C misdemeanor
    Sec. 1.
    ...
    (c) A person who operates a vehicle with a controlled substance listed in schedule I or II of IC 35-48-2 or its metabolite in the person's body commits a Class C misdemeanor.

    IC 35-48-2-4
    Schedule I
    Sec. 4.
    (a) The controlled substances listed in this section are included in schedule I. (22) Marijuana (7360).

Evidence of impairment or intoxication not required. It's in the Indiana Code.

"I would have never thought that INGO was 55% thug."

    "
Looks like we need to round up about 55% of INGO for committing the crime of smoking pot. "

    How can you argue that.

I request twitter pics before I can make an accurated determination of how many INGO thugs there are. Post'em up.
