Max charge for .223 is usually somewhere around 26-27 grains of powder depending on what you're using. 22-250 has a max charge with the same bullet of 35-40 grains of powder depending on what you're using. Lot's more powder generally = lot's more speed.
The first time I set my Hornady AP progressive up for reloading .223, I followed the die instructions to touch the shell plate and the top of the press travel. This resulted in rounds that wouldn't chamber in my AR. I ended up setting the die to size .003" less than fired case dimensions which...

A complete lower with a stock is still not a rifle, so as long as its never had a barrel on it, it would also be eligible. You would have to remove the stock before building it as a pistol, but it is legal.
Pro tip: They do that with ANY credit card. So does Home Depot. Works great for our business as we don't have to bing in multiple receipts for different purchases. As long as they were purchased on that card, they will be in the system.
Kinda depends on the seller's policies. Some sellers require you to notify them of damage before taking the transfer. Make sure if you find damage that you assure the transferring dealer that you will quickly resolve the issue with the seller. He's just the middle man and shouldn't have to sit...
I just don't know why anyone would give this thing the time of day, with all of the other great handguns on the market. It does nothing that makes it worth bothering with that horrible disassembly/reassembly hassle, even if it functioned 100%
