Looks like there is a private campground named Turkey run camp ground. It is 1/2 mile from the state park. Turkey Run state campground is at the state park.
I don't think the DNR has updated the rules for the parks.
I will check with him and let him know whats going on. Meeting at ECC shouldn't be an issue.
I may talk him into bringing a box of ammo for himself. I don't think he has shot it since I sold it to him.
Once I get a solid answer I will send you a PM with my info and we can work out the...
Yeah I just got the Kat a few months ago. It is a 02 k600 with 5300miles on it and counting. I picked it up with 2252 miles and for a price I couldn't turn down. Have you been to katriders.com?
I sold my buddy my PX4 and he lives in Frankton.
I am supposed to play hookey from work on Tuesday with him to ride the motorcycles. If he will allow it I might be able to set up a meet/shoot at his place in the afternoon.
I have shot one and seen a few at the range.
The trigger pull is log, but it is a DAO gun. The thumb safety dug into my thumb.
I seen one guys gun have light primer strikes and failure to fire. We looked at it and it had brass/metal in the hole. That was the only one I seen get plugged up.
ECPR cannot be open on the weekdays to the public. ECPR is also the IMPD training facility and they use it though the week.
We only get to enjoy it on Saturdays and Sundays.
Most are but not all are.
I have seen a lot of:
I just bought this gun how do you do xyz?
I have had this gun for 10 years and the bolt doesn't lock open. This was on a 10/22.
That is true.
But most of the people I see as a RO are out shooting their carry guns. So chances are a holstered gun will lead to a gun being shot during the range visit.
So everyone is OK with a untrained person drawing and shooting next to you on the next lane?
No one cares that they might get a loaded gun pointed at them while on a firing line?
If no one cared then everyone would be a fan of shooting at Don's
I personally don't see the issue.
Your money...
You can start fishing now. No need to wait for the lawsuit to make its way through the legal system. As of July 1st the Hammond ordinances became invalid.
I wasn't there on Saturday. I was at the gun show working the booth we had setup. From what I was told it got a little busy, I'm not sure if you were there when the range was busy.
We do try to help but when the line is full and as long as your safe we tend to just watch for safety...
How bad was that storm? Andy and I pulled off and got lunch and seen the storm roll by. We got lucky we missed it while eating lunch.
Seeing Atterbury for the first time was cool. If I didn't already spend all my time at ECPR I would have to visit there more often.
Some of the roads...
So I still want to ride however I may need to stay back and RO at ECPR. I will help run the range for the shoot and plan to still shoot as well. If I cant make it on the ride can I shoot my Atterbury target at ECPR?
