      glock night sights....

Or just a TLR1, IMO. But I suggest getting just the front sight, a friend of mine put on only a front sight and it looked fine in the dark.

My internet browser decided that I needed to se this

I was subscribed for a while, a lot of common sense stuff. They're not bad for a free* newsletter

      Summer vs Winter carry

I always carry IWB anyway but I do find myself using a BlackhawkSERPA holster more...nothing like cold metal on your hip

      Give me ideas!

Yeah, a .22 would be nice, but I could not pass up a Beretta 90-Two with a TLR-2. I have a Beretta 92, and the lack of the rail is annoying. Have fun!

If I was shooting at the police, I would have hit them

Criminal Recklessness seems to be this guy's best bet. Yet again, with a statement like that (how stupid...), maybe we want him locked up for a while

      M1 Garand value

So if the rifle (or just reciever) was made during WWII, how much does its value go up? I would like one, but I'm not down for paying a lot more for a different serial number...

Triggers: Weapons that changed the world - M1911

I have never been able to afford a nice 1911 (college student!) But with all the attention the 1911 has got from NRA mags, and History Channel, I'm really wanting one now... >_>

The gift that keeps on giving. Another, another Evansville house invasion foiled

Good for him! It's probably just creative editing on part of the newspaper.

19 year old with a few questions

I have been carrying ever since I was 19. I had my wife (who was 21 at the time) buy a Glock and I "bought" it off her.

      School Discussions

I have taken a few online classes and in a sociology class, we discussed 2nd Amendment. It was painful to read how little some people care for the 2nd Amendment. You get your basic "guns are dumb, no one needs them", and I swear I filled out a 2 page response to that discussion board post. :P

Opinions / Suggests about space heaters

Yeah, I have a $50 space heater, and despite the popularity with the recent Infared heaters, mine keeps my living room nice and toasty

Had to put my friends dog down

Yeah, good work on doing whats best for the dog. Sorry about the crummy situation, its better than reading about the woman being torn apart by the dog.

      Stranger Danger

Ouch, yeah you're doing the right thing for sure. Being a good friend kinda seems like what he needs. Its good that you're helping him to give himself a fighting chance.

      need laptop help!

Toshiba is an excellent brand when it comes to laptops. I own an Asus and an Acer, and both are i5 processors, one is 2gb RAM and the other is 4gb RAM, and I would suggest the extra jump to 4gb.

      New store in Lafayette

I didnt know they opened a new one out there. Despite their silly policy, I will check them out.

      UP Mall Story time!

yeah, I used to live in Mishawaka, and now I live in Lafayette. The Simon Mall down here has a "no weapons" sign posted, but the UP mall, I never recall seeing one. I still carry concealed down here, but it sucks not being able to open carry.

      Gun Purse Sites?

My wife is in the same boat, all of the purses (GUN TOTE'N MAMAS - Concealed Carry Handbags by Gun Tote'n Mamas) look like they're "for old ladies". We both looked and looked but didn't find much at all. She doesn't carry still because of this, and we havent found any good, comfortable...

      Review: Ruger LC9

Fantastic review! Thank you! I am looking to get my wife either a LC9 or a S&W Bodyguard .380. I was just curious, how is the trigger on this gun? Is it a long trigger pull, like the LCP?

      March 2011 Indy 1500 (18th, 19th, and 20th)

This will be my first time going to the 1500, I know I'll get my butt kicked with parking... Anyway, I'm mainly looking for a mouse gun for my wife. She's ready to start carrying, but she is skinny and short, so it's hard for her to conceal anything but a mouse gun. Might look at the S&W...
