Chicago knife (2.5" or less) suggestions?
I visit Chicago often due to family and I am in need of a new 'Chicago' knife. I currently carry a SOG Flash I when visiting the wonderful place, but the thumb stud gets caught on my pocket, and its just slow to deploy for my big hands.

I have been going back and forth about ordering a Crossbreed Supertuck for my G26....
For the life of me, I cannot figure out what "combat cut" is. The FAQ has an explanation and picture, but it doesn't look any different than without the option.

SOG Customer Service told me that all of their assisted openers are made in Lynnwood, Washington. They also told me that the new SOGzilla series is made in China. I'm waiting to hear back on the Seal Pup and Field Pup lines.
Can anyone explain how the locking mechanism works on the SOG Twitch series? It looks like a few levers on the back side of the grip, but I cant find an explanation. I like the locks on the Flash series and can close them one handed against my hip. Is it possible to do that with a Twitch?
there HAS to be a reason that the 'tactical' variety is not for common folk... unfortunately, it probably has to do with profit margin and not performance..
I did mean to ask which, if any, of the Hi-shok, Hydra shok, or HST are +P. I do not have a box of them, and cannot find a box of them...
What tasks would a knife user prefer a 'tanto' blade? Other than personal preference due to looks, I'm sure there is a real purpose, I just can't figure it out.

I was looking at that 9mm too... I also saw the cases of .40 and thought that I should have gotten a Glock 22 instead of the 17 I just bought at the 1500.
