p22 front sight replacement

I'm looking to find a new #3 front sight for a walther p22, does anyone know where would have one. It got snagged on my holster when i was shooting in the snow i guess. Can't find it

My wife was shooting today at the range and the front sight came flying off of hers. Luckily she found the sight but I don't exactly know what holds it in place. Can anyone post a pic of what exactly holds the front sight in place?
