    The only bad ammo I have bought was some 7.62x54r AP incendiary at a gun show.
    It was a 10 pack, I've tried to shoot five of them, two shot, two were duds, the last one sputtered and split the case & jammed the bolt closed on my M38.

    im pretty sure the only way it would go bad is if the powder got wet somehow.

    It is the 9mm at Rural King!!! You must of seen it. They Had .40 by the cases. I thought I should buy some 9mm but seen the Date and thought wow that is old. I thought it would be Ok but thought I would ask you guys. Thanks Jim

    I was looking at that 9mm too... I also saw the cases of .40 and thought that I should have gotten a Glock 22 instead of the 17 I just bought at the 1500.
