      This is one of those things that we put in the "Total Nightmare" file. You would think that if you stopped the BG but were taken to trial, that a jury would be smart enough to understand why you did what you had to do. I'm still new at CC, but as a teacher I think it would be well worth losing...

      I think it would be best (not the easiest) to just put everything down and let it fly. If they question you about it and have to do a little more leg-work, its not the worst thing in the world. Would rather do that than have them dig something up and possibly charge you for withholding...

      Well I really don't want the BG to bleed all over my things, so I might give this person enough to help control the bleeding. But only after I've made sure this guy isn't going anywhere and LEOs are on their way. Then I would probably start asking him annoying questions just to bug him :stickpoke:
