      Right click on album -> get info-> double click on the empty box on the right that says "artwork"-> select what picture you want to use, (use google to download a pic of the album). You only have to do this if it's a really obscure album, most of the time iTunes doesn't download album artwork...

      Ultra Raptor II with around 700 rounds with no issue. But I wanna note that I clean mine after each time shooting (regardless of how many shots fired), or every 2-3 weeks if I haven't been shooting.

      If my memory serves me, the reason the drivers are disappearing is because the drive is no longer physically connected, once it makes a connection the drivers pop back up in the device manager. Hence why I suggest cleaning the connectors. Can anyone verify my theory?

      No offense, but I would be slightly embarrassed if I was you for reacting in such a major way over a small problem. It seems that you are the only person that had any issue with custom ringtones, which leads me to believe it had something to do with the user, not the product.
