Also be sure to use the proper boxes that are clearly marked, I believe you will need UN 4G . I once had a package picked up by the driver and next day got a call from the Hub in Indy telling me I didn't use the proper box. They would not return it to me because they could not ship it anywhere...
I have experience shipping Hazmat via UPS. Both primers and powder. First you will need to get your 49 CFR 172 Certification. You can take an online course to get certified.
I have used this one in the past https://www.compliancetrainingonline.com/dot_general_awareness.cfm Looks like it will...
I wanted to be like the cool kids.
I have both and this pmag just broke a feed lip while shooting over the weekend. That is the 4th pmag I have had fail.
I have never had a failure on the GI mags.
Try this if you do not have a vice. Firmly hold the hand guard in one hand use the cleaning rod to turn the gas tube 180°. It fits very nicely into the groove in the rear of the gas tube and provides plenty of leverage.
I have tried several of the rust blue solutions and I also recommend Laurel Mountain, and they are in Crown Point, IN. I find their product easier to use as it is more forgiving against oils touching the metal. The solution acts as a degreaser/rust blue solution.

The rail height specs are the same for the AKM and AK-74.
In a proper receiver with stepped top rails, the lower bolt rails should be 6.0 mm to 6.3 mm below the step of the top rails.
You have been correctly informed. Every polish serial number I have built, owned or seen is stamped - year(4 digits)/2 letters/five numbers, so your serial is unique and interesting.
BTW your de-mill job looks a little rough, the holes appear to be egg-shaped, the rivets should fill the gaps...
I am not the most seasoned reloader but that load looks fine to me.
I have been using PB lately myself for the first time. In 9mm I am at 4.2gr with the xtreme 115 RN bullets and it is working well.
I had to go above 4.0gr to get my XD to cycle.

Don't push it back any further yet.
The rear sight block looks to be in a pretty good position by this picture. If the top cover is still that far from snapping in place, I think something else is going on.
Can you snap a pic of the entire area and the rear trunion area with the cover in place.
You are correct.
From left to right:
First pin is the one that insert's into the front sight block and holds the muzzle brake. Should have a spring that goes in first.
The next 4 pins are for the gas block and front sight.
The next 3 longer ones are the pins for the underfolder.
The far...
This was my first group event and it was great. Special thanks to the host, and everyone that brought along equipment for all to use. The spot welder, the flat bending press and drilling jig saved me hours of work, thanks guys!!
I had a great time and got to meet some great folks...
No problem,I have a couple long rivets I can bring you.
Can you add a last minute addition?: I am wanting to attend. I have an underfolder flat to bend and an 80% to drill with the jig if possible.
I have experience with building but not so much with these fancy tools. Would be more than...
Polish underfolder matching #'s parts kits available for $369 + shipping - minus barrel and receiver. Seems to be a decent price in the current market. I paid more than that on gunbroker for a non matching kit recently.

Actually the profit on the high capacity mags will be quite good. This listings will be pulled for TOS violation and the seller will be re-imbursed the final value fee from eBay. Even if the auction is ended it will get flagged by ebay, it may take days to weeks but it will get pulled. The...
I have a polymer lower and it has functioned flawlessly so far. I have put approx. 1000 rounds through it.
I also know others who have the polymers with more rounds through theirs than mine and no problems either. So you should be fine. These are all New Frontier .223 rifles I have experience...
I agree with the other replies, I like the surplus mags better, they feel stronger and are easier to load. Saying that, I also have quite a few Tapco mags. They feel cheaper are harder load up, but they do function fine in my weapons, which are all polish stamped. Fit as tight as the surplus...
