      45 ACP at 1900 fps?!

The idea of a 45 traveling at 1900 fps is new to me. Please excuse my ignorance.

      45 ACP at 1900 fps?!

Churchmouse, your logic speaks to me. Chalk one up to good advertising and flashy numbers, I guess. Good thing I let INGO chime in before I wasted any money! I think I'll be sticking with my 200 grain gold dots.

Oh yeah, he called me from the parking lot to gloat.

:ugh: ugh I know! At least this way my 4 other mags won't be useless, but if you guys get anymore WC's back in I'll be picking up a couple anyway! Now that Cowboy snaked away my operator, I have to spend my money on other things!

There may have been tears involved. It was an emotional experience! I feel empty without it!

:ugh: I dropped it off at Fred Sauer's this morning!

      45 ACP at 1900 fps?!

Stopped at Ranger Supply today, and while talking with the guys, I was introduced to a seemingly magnificent creature from Liberty Ammunition. I couldn't believe my eyes but I was holding a 78 grain, lead free, hollow point in 45 ACP with a GAPING cavity. Liberty boasts 1900 fps and 625 ft lbs...

      Chambered or not when carrying?

Wonderfully said sir! If it's not cocked n locked, it's a paperweight in response to a sudden threat.

      Newest family member!

After griping about the HP feed issue (low round count), I figured I might as well add pics of my newest addition!

+1 for Gold Dots!(+p if you can find them!)

I hope it doesn't take 1000 rounds with this one! Considering availability of 45 ball, it will belong to my future kids by then! On a positive note, I guess I have an excuse for more range time. :rockwoot: :ar15: As far as why I would buy a gun that required such an extensive break in period, I...

      Glock 26

+1 for Hooch Holsters! Great guy to deal with and an equally great holster. You won't be disappointed. Other than that, just feed it!

Looks like I'll have to purchase a few Wilson mags and get in line with a local smith. Even if they are busy for months, it still might be faster than finding 800 rounds of ball to run through :(

The feed ramp has no marring on it but I think the Armory Kote on the frame may be hanging the hp's up. Correct me if I'm wrong but the feed ramp is already steel as it is part of the barrell. As far as the trigger and barrell go, I have actually been quite impressed with the accuracy of this...

Springfield LW Loaded Champion allergic to hollow points.

So, after 4 years of painful regret for selling my first Loaded Champion, I finally "replaced" it with the lightweight version. After yesterday's outing with a few friends putting her through the paces, I still cannot coax her to feed my Speer Gold Dot HP's. After functioning absolutely...
