Got these two last night. We tried a new bait mix and despite 30-50 mph winds, had the first one down by 8:55 and the second down by 10:05. The one in the back weighed just over 300 and the one up front was 225.
The rifles are a Savage 110 in 7mm rem mag with vortex crossfire 6-24x50, and a 50...
So... it looks like to me the original female that was being (restrained) just walked right out of the place. If they were sent there for her, they failed their mission. A little off topic to the rest of the comments but just something I noticed….
Yes he hit someone that hit him, what...
As far as additional schools, they are not required. They can be requested and most of the time individuals would be selected to go due to their superior performance. I would not send a dirt bag to any school that would result in my unit looking bad. With NCO schools, the individual must be...
Wow BumpShadow, you act as though the National Guard is a bad thing...
danielocean03, I am in the Indiana Army National Guard. I have been in for a little over 8 years now and plan on staying for at least 20. There are many options available for someone wanting to join. I joined my freshman...
I threw it out there earlier.... Bowtech assassin. This seems to be the best new bow deal out there this year.

As far as used bows, go see what’s available in your size/draw weight and what feels...
It is a LOT of fun. We hunt them at night over bait here in OK. They are basically nocturnal here so you have to hunt at night. If you want to hunt during the day, thats when dogs would help tremendously.
They are fun to hunt but not fun to deal with if you are a landowner. The ranch...
I took a look at the bows you listed and they aren't too bad. The accessories listed aren't the best available but should be able to get you by. I killed many a deer with cheap sights and an old whisker biscuit.
Here is some good reading for bow selection.

Yea I know. I was just commenting on his scenario. Sorry about that. I was in Afghanistan last year and was just happy to see the ANA progressing.
I totally agree that you need to be able to cycle magazines quickly and to know what you currently have in the weapon. One of the worst things...
Not a bad video. I was really impressed with the ANA entering into a hostile environment. I am assuming that they were Afghan Commando's. As far as enough ammo, that little skirmish won't even make a dent in what he was carrying.
Sorry about that! It was actually with a borrowed Savage 12BVSS in .308. The scope was a Millett Buck Gold 6-24x56 and the ammo was cheap white box winchester softpoints from about 10 years ago.
I actually shot him at night and was surprised with the light gathering of the Millett. I...
The show is pretty ridiculous. We shoot hogs here. If we do use dogs, its not to relocate hogs, its to locate and kill the hogs. If relocation was their main goal, the show would be about trapping. That just wouldn't make good television though. Here's one I got a couple weeks ago...
Sure was. He outweighed me by about 50lbs on the hoof. I got him about 45 minutes south of Ft Sill along the Red river. Next weekend I will hopefully put a few more down. Gonna be trying a new bait mix...
Put one on a savage 110 in 7mm rem mag. Have had 147 rounds through it so far with no problems. Even used cheap rings since nobody had high enough good ones here.
