      I second the RIA 1911 9mm. I had one that I picked up used for $380, and functioned great. RIA 1911s also come with a lifetime warranty and their customer service is great. I only sold mine because I needed rent money. Get a RIA save yourself a couple hundred bucks and spend it on ammo.

      AK Build Question

      Thanks for the responses. I would use calipers, but the retainer is already on with the gas block and fsb pinned in place. I don't really want to take them off just to measure the diameter. It is a Romanian ak 47 variant. I will use the file method if I cant work on it in a friends machine shop.
