Older gun, butt ugly but the life time warranty is hard to pass up.

    Thanks for taking a look.

A buddy of mine bought one just like that and then spend $200-300 on extras and add-ons to make it "cooler". He is nuts, they are great rifles shoot them and enjoy

I was thinking about getting the ATI stock but it is just as hideous with it. It was a great steal. This is a dumb question but how in the heck do you tear it apart?

I think you got a good deal. I have seen a few at the range. No one is complaining! Unlike the pistol. Although I have shot the pistol. The one I shot ran find. Give a range report when you have time.

Save your money by not buying the add-ons so that you can buy ammo and actually go shot that dang thang. I did find me the oem hi-point flash hider and laser really cheap off of gunbroker.

Nice buy for $200. Most of the ones I have seen were around 300. A friend of mine had one and said that the finish was horrible, but the gun functioned just fine. Anyway, nice grab and congrats

    Thanks,

Yea I will save my money and keep it just as hideous as it is now haha. I can't wait to go and shoot it. Nice to have something in 9mm when I need more than a pistol.

I got one just like that years ago for $130. I bought it for my girl friend to use, she found she likes my AK74 more, now I need another AK74 or I don't take her shooting.
I put a red dot sight on the Hi point for her, but she still wants to shoot the AK.:dunno:
The Hi point is a accurate gun out to about 100yds. but she still likes the looks of packing around the AK.

I bought one and went out to my brown county property with about $60 of Tula 9mm (300rds to be exact) and unleashed hell. Love those cheap little guns.

    OP-> you're welcome for the link:yesway:
personally, I'd like to get the Kel Tec Sub 2000 in .40
so that I'll have a rifle with mag interchangeability (sp?)
with my glocks. that prospect entices me.
but the price point on the hi-point is very tempting!

Stay away from the Pro-Mag 15 round magazines, they are hit and miss, mostly miss from what I have read. I bought 2 and could never get them to feed right. Stick with genuine Hi Point magazines they work the best.

I bought one at a auction a few years ago. It is pretty ugly with the original stock so I bought the ATI one, put on a red dot scope and a muzzle break to make it look more modern.

I just picked this up a few days ago. 9mm also with 3 ten round mags and 2 15 rounds mags, mag holder, muzzle break, and front grip. Ready to get it to the range!
