      Do I have the fever?

Congrats! hope the funds hold out to feed the addiction. Got stuck with a big tax bill this year so have only been able to trade, although Uncle Sam now has his so can start saving up for next purchase. Hoping to acquire a nice S&W or Ruger revolver soon.

Appleseed Announces the Official Marlin 795 Liberty Training Rifle!

Ditto here - have a 10/22 for myself but would like to buy one for my son to use. Heck, might just buy 2 so we match.

      I want one. ...Darn you.

Bought the MOE 15-22 at Bradis a few weeks back and absolutely love it. Mirrors the functions of my Colt AR-15 and much cheaper to shoot. Plus was my daughter wasn't intimidated by it at all, while I'm not sure I could get her to shoot the Colt. She prefers her bow!

      S&W M&P 15-22 Magazines

I bought one at Bradi's as well, and happened to luck out and catch a 10-rd magazine in stock at Midway, however haven't been able to find any since. Haven't tried to convert the 10-rd into a 25-rd yet, but probably will. Cabela's had some of the Plinker Tactical mags in stock for a bit and I...

      Dedicated 22 ARs

I'd like to do the same, build one for each of my kids, then add a 5.56 later. I've been torn on what upper to get so glad to see this discussion. I've been pretty tempted to just buy the $499 complete rifle that PSA has been showing in stock, although I think that's mostly polymer.

Helpful for some who may have missed it, thx OP. Been watching .22lr this week and not seeing much coming into stock compared to a few weeks ago. Anyone else notice the same thing?

How about a Makarov reliability test?

I was thinking the same thing. I've been looking for an inexpensive carry gun, just need to find one locally with some ammo. Anybody seen one for a good price in LGS? I can't make it to many during business hours.

      Seriously?

And that's just funny, right there. :):

      Seriously?

For some folks there is value in the instant gratification of having the gun I want in hand now, even at a premium, versus waiting for someday, maybe. I struggle with this myself, definitely easier to be patient when you've already got an AR, Glock, ammo can of .22lr, whatever the high-priced...

      Good day at Walmart!

Good on your Walmart for being accurate on their stock status. I soured on that after making several excited stops to local Walmarts showing stock only finding nothing. Congrats on finding some.

.22LR WoW....am not believing what I am seeing..

I bought an AR recently and was stuck in the unfortunate position of trying to find .223 for my new toy. I was one of the folks that really just wanted a box or two to be able to try and didn't have the time to go running around chasing ammo at stores. It's 20 minutes in one direction to check...
