i've seen lots of people do it, LEO/military like to do it because it makes single hand opertion(racking the slide against a pant leg)easier. imagine trying to rack a slide using both hands, after you break your arm or hand, or have a gunshot wound.

I pretty much agree with what everyone else has to say. I will add that cargo pants are a definate no go! the only place cargo pants are acceptable these days is if it relates to security/tactical. but they are for sure not business casual.

my father was there in the early 70's...he mentioned awhile back that they filled out some paperwork having to do with contaminated water while they lived there. I haven't heard anything else about it.
