I was in a shop earlier today. THey called for a purchase and received a call back later recording. SO the customer started the redial procedure, He got through and then they completed the transaction.
I guess you just have to stay on it.
Heard that there were requests to call back, then a hold. but no one said it was down. I was at my favorite dealer twice today. He was swamped both times and the traffic was steady all day I guess. I think a year ago set a record for call ins, might have been busier today.
Ballistol is a great cleaner. It works well on just about everything, smokeless and black powder. I have heard of many uses for the stuff.
Just get used to the smell of dirty butt. Go ahead, use it as cologne for the next gun show. You will have plenty of room in the aisle.
I have one of the hammer forged target barrels. It is an absolute tack driver with practically any type ammo. You put target ammo in it and it is a ragged one holer.

Thanks for the advice and I certainly understand the reluctance...
Does anyone know of a good load or factory load for the Desert Eagle 44 mag.?
Appreciate it a lot. The literature says 240 Grains, but I just got a better group with the 180 grain factory Remington. It worked the action fine also.
What's everyones experience?
Thanks,
