AR-15 Builder - Build and Customize your own AR15 | Brownells. you can build it and buy it if you have the money but it is a great website for building an awesome gun
looks like a storm troopers gun off starwars.:noway::noway:. if it were like the dragunov it would be cool but not liking the bolt action on a semi/full auto looking gun. neat idea though
so far i have had the marlin 60, rem 597, and the 10/22. i personally like my 597 a lot better out of the bunch. it is more accurate and overall most balanced, this is just from my experience. bought mine for $115 five years ago without a scope so i put a nikon prostaff on it. kinda expensive...
At 200yrds I can hold 3" groups using a remington 597 and cci mini mags, that was on a bench. Took awhile but shooting at turtles in a pond that is 417-430 yards across, depending on water level, I hit some turtles somewhere around halfway across. My experience shows the 597 is more accurate than...
I just didnt know if I could post a pic of the yotes, not the gun. I will gladly put a pic if it is ok. problably going to go this weekend. I found a fox den too so I am going to try to call it out and away from the den, just for the hunt. anyone know of a good call for a fox if different from...
Sounds like a good idea, but is there a rule about that? Don't want to offend anyone with a dead song dog. By the way to anyone not knowing, you can legally use any gun except a fully auto on yotes. Words straight from a C.O.s mouth.
i know its kind of not worth it but i was wondering if you can put a suppressor mosin nagant. they are cheap and just want to try it out. i know you can put on a .308 so i hope it works on the mosin. if anyone has pics that would be awesome too. and anyone have much success with accuracy...
have a freedom arms mini .22 revolver and i dont see how this is good self defense. bought it for the ole lady. she likes but i cant hit a 3x3' target at 5 yrds. it is more of a novelty but i would like a more accurate small hand gun. any suggestions for a lady:smileak:
several coyotes in my area. clay and parke counties. the old mining grounds are full of them. spot lighting one night there were 9 running across the open fields. they all stopped when the spot light hit them.
i agree with you Jack Ryan, i have heard several people say the same thing. a buddy of mine had said it. little did i know he didnt know much at all. always pointing the gun in the direction of people even though it was not on purpose. didnt know where the safety was and had no idea how to load...
have to pick the .357. it doesnt have much recoil and it will do the job if you practice shooting before going in the field. might ask some different gun owners if you can shoot their gun a few times to figure out what you like the best. i personally like the .44 mag but it has some kick too.
:xmad: things like this make me mad. people should know everything about their guns and the guns they will be handling. not necessarily know the proper names, just enough to not hurt anyone. the local shooting range here teaches the basics of gun knowledge. i used to be oblivious at one point...
funny you say that. i used a round bail of hay to rest on. that gun threw one heck of a flame, actually caught the bail on fire. mother in law wasnt happy. it was for her horses. oh well. live and learn i guess
