    That ladder wasn't in plain view. The shooter brought it there and put it up against a covered connecting corridor between two buildings hidden behind two tall evergreen shrubs. The cops who tried to assess the situation were on the other end of that building and didn't know about the ladder.

    I am not going to speculate on her motivation but to state she had no LE background is incorrect.

    I guess physical fitness is out at the SS.

    She was so rattled during that. Definitely not composed.

    There is a role for women in the SS. They could probably do the advance work just fine. That's it. Can't think of anything else.
