Every year the GSSF match comes around, and every year I want to build an open G17 to shoot it...and then I don't. Same story this year, since I'm shooting the USPSA Sectional that weekend.

wouldn't you know that is my wedding anniversary weekend. It will be number 29 and I don't think there is any excuse short of death that she will accept for my absence. Hmmm maybe I can talk her into going along.

So, how many ROs are needed?

Sounds like a lot of potential ROs are planning to show up. Is it basically "first come, first served" for participation then?

Sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question, I'm a GSSF rookie.

In the 8 or 9 years I've been doing this, we've never had too many volunteers :D

Yeah, it's kinda first come, first served, but we try to rotate squads out so no one gets burned out or feels neglected. After a couple hours of running a timer and giving shooter instructions, it's a nice break to just paste targets or sign shooters in.
