Nuremberg code is a red herring. I think someone is pushing some ********. Yer not gonna get out of mandatory vaccines because of that.

What IU is proposing is a violation of the Nuremberg Code. Why? Because the "vaccine" is experimental. It is not FDA approved; it is being administered under an EUA. One cannot use pressure, coercion, or reprisal to get someone to participate in or be part of a medical experiment. What about people who have had COVID and recovered? They have immunity that is robust, durable, and complete. It is unethical for a doctor to even administer it to someone who has had COVID. Why? Because such people were excluded from all clinical trials and therefore there is no evidence that it is either safe or effective when administered to such people.

No, the state can not make you take it!
    A) it's a vaccine, not a "vaccine".
    B) is not coercive; go to IUPUI instead if you don't want a vaccine, but an IU degree.
    C) it's not an experiment; trials are over. If this is how you would conduct an experiment, you'd be kicked out of a 3rd grade science fair.
    D) the vaccines are FDA approved for emergency use; which is how they are being used.

    No, you fail.
Not sure where you get your information, but they and you are wrong.
According to the FDA and ClinicalTrials.gov there are many COVID vaccine trials going on currently and many that haven’t even started yet.

I get what you're saying, but the argument doesn't hold weight. There are also clinical trials ongoing for drugs that came to market 20 years ago.

True. Would have been more appropriate to say initial trials are over.
FDA approval is for emergency use. The manufacturers are just getting around to applying for full FDA approval. The review process is much longer for that then the emergency use approval. I’d like it if the apologists could at least acknowledge that much.

According to the fda definition of “experiment you would be right. But only because they are no longer trying to answer a question. There really wasn’t a question asked in the first place and if there was it would have been “does this prevent covid and does it have adverse side effects”. Since the second part is completely ignored it’s not an experiment

Experiment - A study done to answer a question. Other words to describe an experiment are “research,” “study,” and “protocol.”

If these vaccines aren’t experimental, then perhaps someone can tell me what the long term effects are?

once the pandemic is over the emergency use authorization ends, then the manufacturers have to apply for full approval.

what happens if in a year really nasty side effects start showing up? Who’s liable for that?

what are TBTB going to say, opps

The longterm effects are extrapolated from other similar vaccines. There’s quite a bit of data on mRna vaccines. For example it looks like they knew about the blood clot issue for awhile. There was an article in 2018 in nature.com’s Drug Review about the promise of mrna vaccines, and mentioned risks of blood clots and auto immune.

    Lol on the apologist part.

I thought that had been covered in this threat already though.
