    I do not know it doesn’t apply to pedestrians, do you? I said additional charge.
    Best I can find only bikes and e-bikes. Which covers most things except pedestrians, e-scooters, electric personal mobility devices (segway and hoverboards), mopeds, and such.

    Yes you said an additional charge, my point was why do they need an additional charge specifically for bikes when there is a variety of things that can be used.
