I don't really hate them, but they aren't my favorites. I received a TCP .380 for a graduation present and it actually has proven to be fine for my use. It stays in the car and is a pistol that I'm not scared to scratch or loose is some thug breaks into my car. However, if the situation presented itself I have no doubt that I can pull it out and get the job done. It shoots where the sights point (not true for the much more expensive SIG P938 I had) and I'm pretty accurate with it.
It didn't like the cheap tulammo I bought for it, but I'm convinced that stuff wouldn't run well in a revolver. With winchester white box, it feeds and ejects with no problems.
In my opinion they have their role...Cheap, effective guns. They aren't near as nice as the top tier guns, but they don't come with that price tag either.
