Seems that now that I (finally!) have my LTCH, my main mode of carry will be "don't give a damn if anyone knows or not." I (for now) use an Uncle Mike's sidekick, and the shirts I tend to wear do nothing to hide the fact I'm carrying a Deadly Weapon.

Yesterday I carried all day long at work (yeah, I'm one of the lucky ones - small company and the boss would PREFER if people carried). Then went to Twin City Collision in Lafayette for an estimate on some body work for a Chevy truck we bought. Then was off to Firestone Auto Sales in Lafayette to trade back said truck for a better one. ;) Then went to Sur La Table in Carmel (don't ask), then back to Lafayette, and Lafayette Brewing Company for dinner.

No children, puppies, or baby seals were harmed; I guess my gun was asleep all day and wasn't able to go on a killing spree.

LOL! I'm still too chicken to try. More worried about LEO messing with me.
I OC'ed today at McDonald's on Keystone at I-65. Walked right past a Sheriff's Deputy a couple times with gun in plain sight. Not a word was spoken nor was there a cross glance.

It's not an issue and it's not against the law.

Bah... don't worry about it. 99.9% of them don't care. I run into Brownsburg Police at the gas station about twice a month. We just exchange "howdies" and go about our business. Held the door for an officer (who had his hands full of snacks), and just got a "thanks". Unless you look like you are up to no good, no one will say a peep.

Looks like we may have the critical mass for a Hendricks Co. OC event :draw:

I purchased a nice (nice to me anyway) Galco OWB paddle for my C9, then realised "when am I going to use this?" when it arrived. Maybe sooner than I thought after hearing from you all.
