Heh, stopped at 21st Amendment on the way home, on Keystone near 65.

Two associates at the counter, #1 checking me out, #2 just standing aside watching me.

    #1: Carry a 40?
    Me: Yep.
    #1: Smith and Wesson?
    Me: Nah, Glock.

#2: Just for your information, you're not supposed to have that here.
Me: Oh? Do you have a sign? (I know this means nothing, but I figured it'd be what he was referencing)
#2: No, I mean, you can't have those in places like this, with liquor.
Me: Actually, in Indiana, you can.
    #2: Hmm.

    Quick and easy.

Mention to him he's quoting (sort of) law from another state.

Man, I miss OC'ing. I need to get back into the swing of things again. I feel so ashamed, I haven't OC'd in like a year. What to do, what to do. I need to do some holster shopping, that's what I'm a gonna do.

Well I did OC at the NRA convention earlier this year and to a restaurant afterwords. So I guess that counts.

Three officers just sat down at table beside me at Arbys. Haven't said anything. One looks like the cop that took my gun at Subway a couple years back.

Edit: So that was pleasantly surprising. Never said a word. Group sat RIGHT by me, I think they didn't notice it until they sat down, impossible to miss at that angle and distance.

"Just a guy having lunch" is a good look to avoid questions I guess.

Glad it went more smoothly for you this time.

I had a similar experience a couple of months ago in the Applebee's in Schererville. There was a group of people who came in after us and sat a table about 20 feet from the bar where we were sitting. The waitress made some comment to me about the fact that they were "talking shop". When I asked what she meant she said they were Hammond cops, none of them were in uniform. When I looked a little closer I recognized one of them as the officer who took my gun during a stop for speeding last winter - there's a long thread about that episode here on INGO. We made eye contact, not sure if he recognized me but it seemed like he did. I certainly recognized him. I'm sure he saw my piece because my right side was facing him. Not a word was said, but it made me feel good that I was OC and he saw it.
