I finally cleaned some guns today - decided to wash the wheel-guns.
That's a Charter 2000 "DD" in .22 Mag (someone should buy this thing from me)
A S&W 640 (No Dash)
A S&W 317 Airlight
A Ruger SP101 (125Gr Markings)
and
A S&W 629 (I will be posting a question in Handguns about this one)
1 of my 3 wheel guns. A Ruger Security Six, made in 1974, and my grand dad bought it brand new in 1975. Given to me 5 years or so after his passing.
This pic was right after I took it apart and cleaned it. And yes, that's the holster for it. Made to fit a 4" barrel, but the pistol is a snubbie (it's small, but it's fierce).
Belong to my Grandfather, who passed away at the age of 103 in Dec 02. He sold insurance in the 30's, and slept with this pistol under his pillow as he would have the collection money in the house at night till he could get to the bank the next day. the caliber is .38 Colt.
