Last Man Standing with Bruce Willis has me wanting a pair of 1911s and a dual shoulder rig. Sadly I haven't been able to buy them yet.

I guess my vague answer would be none in particular, but every action/adventure/etc.,etc., movie in general, since I was a kid.

Sometimes if we thought about what motivates us to buy certain things, we probably just wouldn't buy them.

Collateral. The suppressed high standard. Had to have one and thanks to John's Guns in Texas I got it. Dirty Harry 1. Sw29 had to have now I got. Valdez is coming. Sharps 50/140 too old to shoot but still looks good. Untouchables. Auto burglar 12gauge kicks like a mule but really cool. But I am still waiting for the m2 that Burt Lancaster used in Castle Keep ( that's the 50 cal. M2 by the way)

Gotta to give it up to Ah-nold ,my first handgun was a 357 magnum desert eagle(first caliber offering) & have been on the hunt for a long slide 1911 for years. John Wayne movies influenced me as well (WWII movies I used to watch with my dad ).My love for 1911's actually came from comic book characters (The Shadow,The Phantom & The Punisher)

Random movie trivia: Last Man Standing is a remake of Fisttful of Dollars, which is a remake of Yojimbo.....

    ...ok, carry on

Blackhawk Down, Heat, Generation Kill, A Better Tomorrow (and anything else made by John Woo)
