What is your "scary" sharpest knife?

If you wanted to show someone what a scary sharp knife is, what would you show them?

And how would you demonstrate what a really, really sharp knife can do?

My Cutco knives are pretty sharp. I was even able to cut through my bedroom doorknob with it.

mine would probably be my hortons. he puts a edge on a knife like no ones business. they are lasers. the scary sharp to me means you can slice toilet paper with it. it's crazy hard to do. I have seen some of tylers edges that are ridiculous to. he can make them sharp sharp sharp

It may be odd since it's .3" thick, but I'd show them my FFBM. I found some magical angle on that and it's got a nice convex edge IMO.

I don't yet have anything in that category...yet.

I have a new composite-blade Kershaw Rake...that's decently sharp. A new composite-blade Kershaw JYD...that's decently sharp. My new ESEE 4 is probably the sharpest, however. 100% factory edge; hasn't yet even cut packing tape.

Mine would be my ZT, I have the s30v whittled way down its definatly scary! It will whittle hair!

My Bark River Mini Fox River that I picked up about a month ago came with a wicked sharp edge. So I would say that one for now is the scary sharpest followed closely by my Bradley Alias II.

I guess what is "scary sharp" to some is just "regular sharp" to others.
It depends what knives you have.

My "scary" sharp knife is this Hammer Stahl Executive Chef I got for Christmas. It's so sharp I'm almost afraid to use it.

My sharpest non kitchen knife would have to be my new Ontario Ranger RD-7.

The scandi grind Blind Horse I got at the gunshow or my Busse Sarsquatch (ask M67) is probably the sharpest from a manufacturer, my sar3 is the sharpest I have put an edge on.
