I love my AK-47, and my civilian M4 varient, but wouldnt even mind using the M1 Garand for some distance work, leaving the others for closer. Shotgun is for those pesky locks,

My first end of the world gun will be an AK.

My second will be whatever the first pos zombie that show up was carrying.

The expansion of the collection would go from there.

END OF THE WORLD..End of existence...Fade to black...Nothingness....Don't think a gun'll help much...Better to gather loved ones, sit down, say a last prayer or two, or maybe read from the bible.......:@ya:.....Duce<><

Just like a 3 gun match. An AK (rifle), M&P 40 or Glock .40 (pistol), and a Mossberg, Ithaca, Remington, Stoeger, or Winchester/FNP pump/double barrel 12/20 guage (shotgun).

Firearms my family members could and would operate, when necessary. Not worried about long range so much. Would try to avoid trouble and detection.

Hopefully I won't be alone, so I would have some help with ammo and firearms.

Probably a Glock 19 or 23 if I could only take 1 gun. They're light weight, concealable, holds plenty of ammo, and accurate. I suppose if you had to do so you could hunt with it and everyone knows it's great for self defense and durable.
