Agreed. There are also a number of people that completed their education and didn't learn a damned thing as well.

Though my post was really about the potential toward personal enrichment, not just about education.

I have yet to have enough money to put this statement to the test. I however, with some certainty say that being poor does not allow for much happiness either...

Money, or the lack of it, has little bearing upon one's true happiness. It has more to do with loved ones involving themselves in each other's life.
