Now that the 'Bird is done (the $$ pit) I now spend $$ on :ar15:

    Looking into reloading for .223/5.56 & .45

If anyone is into matchbook collecting, I have my late father's collection of forty years, maybe 1000-2000 of 'em. If you are looking for something let me know and I'll go through them. From all over the country; casinos, restaurants/bars, resorts.... and many places that haven't existed for 20-30 years.

Wow, some of you guys are into some pretty cool stuff! Nice to see how talented some of you are.

The only thing that I'm into that's a little out of the ordinary is flying. I started in high school, took a 20+ year sabbatical from it for school and life, then got back into it a couple of decades ago. Somewhere along the line, I got the itch to build my own plane, which I completed a few years ago. So, when the piles of snow lining the taxiway and my hangar finally melt (by JUNE, maybe?), I'll be able to take "Smokey" up and shake off some cabin fever ...

Guns all year around, I also enjoy old bicycles. Right now my wife says I have too many of both! This winter I finished her 1960 Schwinn Hollywood.
    I have a 1962 Schwinn Typhoon,

1941 Schwinn DX, and 1952 Western Flyer Special Deluxe!

Guns, and I just started getting into photography. Apparently, I like things that I can shoot with.

I would love to add flying and motorcycles to the list, but I don't have the money for either and my wife says no to the bike. She has neutered me.

Impressive panel N8RT. I've flown some King Air's that weren't that sophisticated. Very impressed. I stopped at EKM one time to see a BD5. Is that a RV4?

    CAD Design Engineer...

After 11 years worth of my professional career invested, I turned my back on that industry just a few years ago to focus on my budding young family. Now I've turned it into my "hobby" doing freelance work for small businesses. Pays well and is now much funner to do without the "pressure". :)

That's cool! Did take up flying in 2009 and got my fixed wing rating/PPL in late 2010. Haven't flown much though, as either my wallet is too light to allow me up there or my family life keeps me on the ground. :)

    Close -- RV-8 (hence the N-number N8RV) :)

As for the panel, some of that is just for static display. The boxy gizmo in the middle of the panel is a simulated F-16 integrated control panel (ICP) which slips over the GPS that I use while flying. And the HUD and indexers are also just for looks (although I fly with them installed.)

It's a mixed-up plane -- F-14 outside and F-16 inside. Still fun to fly though.

Into all kinds of stuff. Electronics was my first love, and my brain was so wired that EE would be my career. Woodworking, metalworking, chemistry, gardening, carpentry, reloading, gunsmithing, yadda yadda yadda. [STRIKE]Mat[/STRIKE]Cathy In Blue, you kinda showed us your underwear there; the amateur callsigns are in a publicly accessible database, which is why I won't have an amateur plate on my car.

Other than gun related stuff I like long walks on the beach, starry nights, oops, wrong thread.

I'm a golf addict. Love the game.
