Oh, yeah! I like hearing when someone (2 someones is even better) has success in their early reloading experience. It means they have done their homework and are going to be in it for the long haul!
This is a great part of the shooting hobby! Keep it up folks! Pass it on!
Thanks Skip!!

I've been doing this for three months and I have a lot of crap in my setup. Loading .308 for accuracy in a rem 700, made ammo that shoots better than 168 FGMM using 175 SMK HPBT 0.05" off the lands over 39gr of 4895. Gonna try them over 40gr of varget.
Need a 400 yard range so I can do a ladder test!!!
Loading is addicting, or at least, seeing the results of loading is addicting.
Shot my first 44 magnum reloads today. Loaded up some 240 gr SWC over 17.8gr of 2400 then 18.5, 19.2 then 20.0. Chrony wasn't working to well with the clouds but from the reads I did get I got about 1200-1240fps with 18.5gr and 1317fps with 19.2gr. I decided to stop there .
I didn't want to go much hotter and I shot one of the darn chrony rods so my chronographing was done for the day.
