Ugh I can't stand to watch this crap. I've been riding since I was eight. I see these kind of groups all the time. Laguna bike week moto gp mid ohio. Hitting their rev limiters. Chicken strips as big as backyard. No safety gear or those stupid half helmet. Never heard of aprilia moto guzzi cagiva mv agusta and just started to recognize ducati. Idiots. They will thin out shortly. The street dosent forgive. SUV driver had every right. In my opinion he should of took out a few more.

ATVs too?? Since when are ATVs street-legal? Would have been fun to see one of the oncoming vehicles open their door when the bikers were crossing the double yellow and riding against traffic too. Oops! Sorry bro, my bad!

Now there's some crap about the family of one of bikers who was run over claiming that he is the victim and the SUV driver was on a rampage and the media is all against them. Victimization Nation at its finest!

USA Today giving credence to bikers-as-victims:
Supporters rally around biker hurt in NYC dustup

Facebook page started 2 days age demanding 'justice' for biker who was run over:

(includes a link to donate to their medical and legal fund)

2nd Facebook page started an hour ago after too much truth was being posted on first page:

(which by the way violates Facebook's policy regarding creating duplicate pages for the same cause)

I am confused. How could the SUV driver have been assaulted? He called 911, the police came to protect him...right??......

The reason I carry is because of an attack involving a motorcycle gang in 1985. They ran a red light. I almost hit them, made the mistake of saying something to them. Was followed, made it to my buddy's house but got jumped before I could make it to the door. I got busted up pretty good with chains and brass knuckles. My buddy heard the ruckus and came outside with his dad's .45, that was the end of it, I have no doubt that he saved my life. If it had lasted any longer I don't think I would have made it. Never again.

A story I have read on NBC New York says this all started after the driver of the Range Rover called 911 to report their erratic riding. There is videos from this unauthorized ride they were doing that have them doing wheelies down the road. Also the same report says 15 riders were arrested and 55 bikes seized over the driving. I won't say this is how normal sport bike riders ride, but some people will end up saying that. I know better though.
What is an"unauthorized ride"? Do we have to get permission now to ride our bikes? If I understand correctly, this group was rerouted by NYPD because they didn't want the bikes to end up at Times Square.
