Just an idea for scale that table is 4'x8' and that deer is a 146 6/8 B&C 8 pointer.

I've built with ICF a few times, one guy had a basement movie theater (complete with leather theater seating, concession stand and all) with the garage over it. For the ceiling/garage floor we used spancrete precast stuff. Did you go plenty overboard with rebar in the walls? If not a simple partner saw could get someone in with little effort. BTW, VERY nice room. I am a bit jealous to say the least.
