Do scientists that work for Lilly get royalties on the creations they make being paid by Lilly?

My guess would be no they do not.

When I worked for a couple big companies (smaller than Lilly) I knew people that had done things or made things that were patented and such.

One guy got a thank you card. Most get an atta boy email.

None that I knew got any financial gains.

Well I have no more faith in our government nor any of the politicians. More grilling of Republicans against Fauci. Nothing will be done and the R aren’t really doing anything but getting clips for votes. It’s all a circus. And half the population still votes democrat. They love this stuff. Meanwhile Trump heading for jail. There is no more justice or sanity. Those that still have common sense seem to be outnumbered. When Fauci and others like him go to jail for life let me know.
