Any intentional murder I'd call a "hate crime"....it does not evidence either love or indifference. I suppose you could kill someone over mild distaste, but it seems like "hate" makes more sense.
Well, he was angry, sure, but he tracked them down, brought a gun and shot them in a pretty considered manner.....so, no. Not as the law defines it.
Well, he was disgruntled. People who are fully gruntled hardly ever murder people. No idea whether his employment had anything to do with that or if that was just where he knew them from.

CM is INGO's rock IMHO....
All they have for now is tragedies like this to ride on to attempt turn public opinion.
They know they don't have the numbers to pass legislation (until they can turn enough illegal aliens into voters.)
