Top 3 reasons I own firearms?

Protection: my family, friends and possessions.
Hunting: I enjoy the sport and I like to eat things I kill.
Rights: I earned the right to own, carry and utilize firearms, pissess off the liberals and to pass on the shooting heritage to my family.

    Enjoy,

    1) I prefer self reliance to cowering in a corner, wetting myself while waiting for others to protect my family and me.
    2) Sarah Brady and her ilk. No, I'm not making a threat against anyone by writing this-I'm just responding to the threat they've already made against me.
    3) "Those who beat their swords into plowshares will plow for those who did not." I'm not much of a farmer.

Incidentally, Hunter480, the Second Amendment doesn't "give" you anything. Also, it's not being a "jerk" to exercise those rights-are churchgoers jerks just for attending the religious service of their choice? I'm not really considering that your verbs could have been reversed and still maintained the same meaning as well: "...I like to exercise that right and to be a jerk."

Also, flagtag, good luck. More patriots are always welcome! :patriot:

    Blessings,
    B

Thanks! It's not easy being a patriot in a "socialist" state, but I think we're gaining ground! :patriot:
