Wife had the baby at 7:08 am. They are doing good. He weighed 7lbs 12oz and was 21 inches long.

That's a good, healthy size! My daughter just had my first grandbaby, a girl, 7lbs 10 oz , 21 inches long. I was there for the delivery, it was awesome, amazing and awful all at the same time.

Congrats OP! Our son is 3 now and with my new schedule I get a lot more time with him. It's fantastic, and his 2 older sisters aren't bad either. Lol Enjoy his youth because like already said it goes fast!

I still have yet to sleep. As I was laying down in the uncomfortable pullout recliner bed thing, my sisters came in, so I had to get back up. So hopefully he sleeps good tonight or I don't hear him haha. So far he hasn't cried a whole lot. And his cry isnt loud and ear bleeding type scream so I'm happy for that.
