So how did this rally at the 1500 go?

A friend that went to the gun show said when he walked by at 12:30 there was literally a "handful" of people. But I was not there, so I can not say for sure. Maybe somebody in attendance can report.

It went really well. There were ~ 75 of us. We got tons of supportive honks from passersby, salutes from IMPD officers, and even a raised fist from a guy driving a limo in a funeral procession.

We had people drive in from as far away as NWI and Spencer just for this event, and that was great to see.

So when is the next rally? I might well be interested if it's not taking from Second Amendment support.

Wish I'd gone to the Statehouse rally instead of the one outside the 1500. Kudos to the folks who brought their kids with. I didn't have much use for the guy who spent his time hitting on one of the young gals holding a sign or the guy waving what looked like a marijuana flag. I heard one guy mention that he'd counted 60 folks there. I arrived at 1215 and left at 1315 - there may have been more folks there at that point. When I saw the guy waving the "76" flag signed by Alex Jones, I decided it was time to go home. Better luck next rally, folks. . .

No, I doubt it. I didn't see any bacon or hear any singing. Besides, if ATM was there, we could have let him support the guy on the 'platform' who was giving the history lesson.
