I just got that too. and my mind is now made up for November. With all this talk about Hillary being ill and the likelihood of a Trump assassination, and I'll be voting based on VP's.


Pence is the clear winner over Kaine.

I can't recall how many times I've heard people speak of Dec 7th as a special date. Unless you're looking for outrage, I just don't see it in that reference. It's not a holiday, it's another date which will live in infamy. I don't see his language as recognizing it in any other context than that.

I'd be much more inclined to complain about his inability to say much on any subject without his silly quips.

I've never heard that; "a solemn date", or even "sentimental date" perhaps.

Regardless, "Best wishes"? That's what you write on a birthday card or anniversary of something joyful.
